LOCAL EXAMPLES

The examples on this page are all in the Somerset West & Taunton area. In other parts of Somerset there are variations to the way in which the rules have been applied. In less than a year the CIL responsibility will be transferred to the new 'Somerset Council'. We do not know what their overall policy will be.
