*** HELP ***

Just a plea for HELP this week. In March 2022 I came up with a page dedicated to The Mardy, the home of the Duxbury family in Woodhill. Thanks to papers they had, and other information I was able to gather, we were able to put together a potted history of the building, with some details of the families who have lived at there (see the page HERE). Since then a couple of people have been in touch regarding their homes, and there will hopefully be some more relevant pages on the history site. But there must be so much more information out there. If you have anything on your house please do get in touch. Even if names on deeds mean nothing to you they may well be traceable to families still living in the village.
